I have never had an issue with the mail carrier until we got a new one. She gives nasty glares, skips my house when she feels like it, shovels packages that are too big into the mailbox sometimes ripping the package and leaving my mailbox open because she doesn't feel like walking packages to my porch even though it is probably only 20 feet away. I really miss my last mailman. He is always super polite and always delivered my packages and mail.

I had a great experience with this post office. I sent a care package to a friend and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. UPS had reported the package as undeliverable, which was not the case at all. She helped me find the package and insure that it was properly delivered to the recipient. She also acted in a very professional manner. I didn’t catch her name, but I have absolutely no complaints.

If you would like to be talked down to then visit the Shannon post office. The people that work there are extremely rude and condescending. If you could I would either go to Freeport or lanark post office. The billing address accidentally got messed up and did not come to my home address. I apologized but instead I was talk to like I was being reprimanded by my parents.
