I only wish I could leave more *** ! OPV is a lifesaver - particularly if you are traveling with kids or less mobile adults. Or, you want to feel like a CELEBRITY. For about the same as "close in" parking at O'Hare (and we all know what a misnomer that is) you can be driven RIGHT up to the Departures area, have someone handle your luggage & then get picked back up upon your arrival at the Arrivals gate. Their communication was Fabulous & we only waited 2 minutes for our car upon arrival. I highly recommend using this service-they will even detail your car - for a fair price- while you are away.

I needed to make an unexpected last minute trip quick trip in/out of Chicago on Christmas Eve and returned Christmas Day. O'Hare Personal Valet service was able to significantly make an impossible 24 hours a little easier. I was still able to take advantage of the car wash service including the interior detailing even though it was Christmas Eve! It was such a treat to come back into an immaculately cleaned automobile upon arrival. The pickup and drop off service was performed exactly as advertised. The communication was consistent and reliable. Thanks Joe B!

This service is amazing and I am so sorry we are just now finding out about it!!!! Getting our luggage to the gate was worth every penny. I sent a text when we were at the gate and then another text when we received our luggage. Absolutely seamless process.

We used this service for a recent trip and it's now going to be our go-to for getting to and from ORD! We have a toddler and it's immensely helpful to have them in their own car seat with the added bonus of a curbside drop off for checking all the necessary luggage that comes with traveling with a kid. At pick up we got a text welcoming us back home and confirming our pick up door once we grabbed luggage. Our valet had our car to us in under 5 min after we got luggage and we were on our way home again! This is the BEST service & amazing price point and I'll for sure be a repeat customer!

We booked semi-last minute and were happy to see availability! Booking was quick and easy and communication was great. On departure, our valet hopped right in the car and helped us unload when we got to the airport (we were taking a toddler + baby on a weeklong vacation, so we had a lot of stuff!). Pickup was also seamless, a quick text when we landed and the car pulled right up when we got out at arrivals (and more help to load up the car). Would definitely book again. Took a ton of the logistical issues away that we got dropped off/picked up curbside with all the kid gear we had.

Go Valet is an awesome experience especially when flying Delta out of Terminal 5. Ricardo dropped me off at the terminal and was patient with the delayed flight at 5am. When I landed Beki arrived at the terminal within minutes with my vehicle and had a great attitude.I also paid to have the complete interior/exterior detail. My vehicle was as clean as factory new!!Such a great experience, I will be using Go Valet very often.

I found GO Valet on Spot Hero-- I pulled up and they were ready to go to the terminal. On my return flight I went through customs (texted them know once I was through), I walked out the doors of the airport and they were already there waiting with my car! It was great service, no wait time and is only about a 5 minute drive to the international terminal. I will definitely use them again!

This service is amazing. We've used them multiple times and they have always gone smoothly. Recently we had our flight cancelled due to weather. I texted the main number at 1 am asking if they would be able to retrieve our car. Even at that hour, in inclement weather, they worked with us and we had it within an hour. They were gracious, didn't make any comments about the inconvenience, and really helped out on a terrible night. Will only use them any time we fly out of O'Hare.

I have been flying from O'Hare for almost 20 years, utilizing various methods of parking and transportation to and fro. This is by far the BEST thing I have encountered in all this time. Your own personal car delivered right to the arrival door you walk out off; the valet jumps out and you drive off. Talk about feeling like a VIP! I am very much looking forward to using the service again. Very friendly staff, extremely well organized and everything handled via text. A professional operation from start to finish.

So many good things to say about OPV. I use them frequently to park and store my vehicle while away on business. The services they offer are outstanding. You cater your vehicles experience while your gone to your preference. Parking inside or outside, car wash from basic to complete detailing. If you have scratches or dents or paint repair needs, they can do it all while you're gone!! Everything is profesional and systematic. Drive to their location which is 5-10 minutes from ORD. They drive you to your departure. When returning they communicate with you the entire time making sure to have your vehicle or pickup ready. A driver delivers your vehicle to your arrival gate and off you go. No need to bring the driver back. Very convenient when you just want to get home after a trip. If you're looking for a seamless valet to make your business or family trip so much easier, I highly recommend using them. The convenience and top notch professionalism is worth every penny.
