One of the best collection of Tennis racquets and other sport accessories. I needed some racquets and was recommended by one of my friends, I was happy to see the wide and range and it was so good of Damien-the owner, to explain the features of different racquets in detail, he was really helpful in finding the right racquets as per my requirement. The shoe range was also really good. Overall an extremely awesome experience!!

One of my Racquetball colleagues, Todd suggested restringing my racquets here and I am not disappointed. Professional service, that includes a tag of the strung tension, type of string and a plastic bag to protect your racquet. I generally break my strings every few months when playing regularly.

I needed rackets and rackets strung right away for tournaments. I had situations where I needed emergency stringing and rackets and they delivered. I cannot thank them enough for the commitment and service they provided. They have great prices and price matching with competitors. Damian and Weronika went above and beyond making sure players are well equipped and educated on their equipment.

Nothing like a human and face to face that can explain all the details when purchasing a tennis racquet or tennis gear. It's a investment in many ways so if you need someone that can assist you, knowledgeable, patients and good prices I recommend Tennis 27. Plus let's support family own small business.

Second update:These are lies. I was not told about the demo program until the day after. No one told me gave me advice for an arm friendly racket until the day after. If you don't think the Aero was an arm friendly racket, why did your salesperson sell it to me when I explicitly told them about the issues I had? No other racket was mentioned at all the first time I came in. She saw me looking at that racket when I picked it up and then proceeded to talk about it and pursue the conversation in to having me buy it. I would rather have a racket that accommodates for that rather than getting a deal on instead of something that hurts my arm.Monetary deals did not "influence my decision". Quit complaining about how you only made $18, and how long it took to help me. Isn't that the job of the employees to assist? It's not like I took a huge amount of time and I let the one other person that was there go ahead and ask whatever they wanted when they had a question. You mentioned earlier that you stand by your decision "About any arm discomfort – it's not linked to your racket pick. Our strings and advice hold strong."Then later you say:"As for recommending an arm-friendly racket, I don't believe the Pure Aero fits the bill. It's a great, powerful racket with a strong spin."So now you're changing your mind? Which is it?I find your attitude quite immature I'm baffled how you can keep a business running.Update: This company lies on top of things. Great! To the owner. The store only told me about the demo program AFTER the purchase when I came back the following day.Telling me about arm friendly rackets? Sure. AFTER my purchase the next day.I'm seeing a pattern here. This is the exact same way sleazy car salesmen operate. If your advice is so great and not linked to the racket, then why is my wrist, arm and shoulder is in severe pain after only playing once? I have never had this happen with any other racket/string combination. I am going to have to see a doctor about this. Also, I specifically asked before making this purchase if this would be an arm friendly choice. The worker called-- I'm assuming the owner-- and verified. If you people don't know what you're talking about and only care about selling as much as you can, you should not be in business at all.I understand business and if a customer complains about something health related that is a major culpability that your company is not taking responsibility for. You're eager to make my next interaction "even more remarkable"? It was never remarkable. Just a whoops, too bad, we made the sale and now we're going to burn you. What makes you think I would even consider coming back?Bone fide establishment? Then why don't you put your money where your mouth is?If you need assistance DO NOT COME HERE!I went in looking for a new racket and the employee saw me looking at a Babolat Aero Racket. I asked her about it and she said it was a good racket. I explicitly told her that I had wrist and arm problems and she just proceeds to tell me that’s fine. I get her advice on the strings and basically do what she recommends for tension and string type. Looking back, I realize she was basically trying to sell me everything she could to make a profit. I played with the racket that night and OUCH. My wrist, arm and elbow hurts worse than it ever has with any other racket and is still in pain a day later. I go back and she tells me just keep playing with it. There’s nothing we can do. If you don’t like it sell it on Facebook. It’s not like they couldn’t sell the racket for almost the same price, especially with the new strings. What kind of scam company does this?! If you don’t know what you’re talking about or what the customer needs then why would you work there?!I’m still in so much pain. I try to support smaller stores but don’t bother with this place. Terrible customer service and policies

I tried demoing tennis racquets a few times from other online stores like tennis express or tennis point, the issue was non of them was willing to demo racquets with my string of choice which in my opinion make it worthless to try different racquets with different strings. Tennis 27 was so kind and generous that re-string 4 racquets of my choice with same string( I paid for strings but tennis 27 did not charge for time and labor) so I could really compare them side by side. Also Tennis 27 was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choose a good string combination that suited my style. I definitely recommend this place and will be back for more business. Thanks tennis 27

I discovered Tennis 27 as I was looking for an independent tennis shop that had a racket trial program. I am a returning tennis player who hasn't played in many years and was in need of a new racket. I wanted the ability to try different rackets to see what would be a good fit for me. Veronica, the owner of this shop is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to rent a couple of rackets for a week and try them out on the court. Found one that I liked and purchased a new racket from Veronica. Now there were stringing options. Tennis 27 offers expert stringing with an excellent variety of strings. I recommend this shop very highly for quality rackets, expert stringing and downright great customer service!

Highly recommend. Support your local tennis shop!I've been in here with my high school age son no less than 10 times in the past 5 months. We made good use of their demo program, which, by the way, is fantastic. Probably tried about a dozen different makes/models. I highly doubt you'll find a better demo program with any other shop, as the selection is great and the cost is nominal. Ultimately, although they have a very extensive in house selection of racquets for purchase, we were able to special order some particular Head models. And btw, don't assume you will find a better price online. Tennis27 prices are right there w/ any of the big online tennis shops, even better for what we were looking at. And the service is phenomenal. The people here are just great to work with, and will try best to help you out however they can.

Buyer beware. They do not seem to post their shoe return or exchange policy anywhere, it's not on their receipts, and they do not notify you verbally at time of purchase. They also cannot explain or display the policy for you, even if you ask them calmly and politely to do so. Instead, they deny you a refund or equal exchange even if you have your original receipt, you bring the shoes back 11 days after purchase in the original box and with the original packing materials, having never been worn anywhere but indoors on carpeting for no more than one hour to check for fit - and then accuse you of lying about that. Albeit, missing the original tags...which seems like a flimsy reason to deliver terrible customer service. Nice selection of rackets and equipment...but after this experience, I have no need to go back.
