Drew Colello,from Royal United Mortgage, was excellent to work with. This comes from am individual in which trust, espically over the phone these days, does not come easily. Drew is confident, communicates well, knowledgeable, is patient and willing to repeat the details, he does not rush you thru the process, provides several options, and is reassuring. Drew really does walk you thru every step and is available to answer your questions as they arise during the process and even after the closing. I would definitely recommend Mr. Colello (Drew) to anyone looking to refinance, or finance their home for whatever the reason may be. I give Mr. Colello (Drew) 15 ? out of 10 ?.

I discovered Royal United Mortage through LenderTree. My experience has been horrible. My lender (Brad Leuthold) did not respond to me, my lawyers, or my agent on multiple occasions, missed deadlines, ignored phone calls/emails. It was so bad I had to contact one of his colleagues to let them know that I needed him to keep in touch with me. A month after my offer was accepted, Brad decided to order the condo documents. Then one week from closing he told me that I should find a new lender because he didn’t know how to submit the HOA documents through Homewise. I was devastated. This company is unorganized and sketchy. They will string you along for a month or longer .. completely a waste of time! I found a new lender and I was able to close with no problem (within 10 days)

I had the best experience dealing with Lexy Rogers through Royal United mortgage. The patience, informative information and thorough explanation was second to none through the entire process. Lexy made this process easy. I will definitely recommend family and friends to her.

Don't waste your time and money or let them waster yours. Go to a regular bank. They jack you around here, great sales people- and sales pitches. I would not trust these folks.

Lets me share this: Jace Ryniewicz...
Didn't expect a loan to be anything like this...
My Bank was a hassle. Jace, who answered my call first, bailed me out of my trouble. 2023 wasn't a good year for me. Even though I am a positive attitude guy. I'm happy to have met Jace. He was positive upbeat and found a way to help me out. He listened to my goals and took the time to put up with my mouth that runs constantly. My mother made my middle name, Shut Up, and Jace was patient with me. He worked with me and found a way to help me even though most don't help you when you really need it.
He helped me get the money for my goals as well as the money to bail me out of my trouble. I've never had a mortgage or cared anything about a credit score. But 2023 pulled me down.
At 70 years old I still have goals and dreams for the future of my family. I will retire when I can't get out of bed. My experience with loan institutions is that they don't really care about my goals. Jace cares, and went out of his way to help me. God bless Jace and I hope to never have to borrow money again. LOL
I don't believe anyone else could have helped me the way Jace did.

I would give David Karvelis 10 stars if that selection was available. He is very thorough in explaining each step in the process and gives updates at least every 48 hours. Also very patient with any complications.

These people have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I've had five agents call me in the past half hour, and they hang up on me before I can even get the full sentence of "I'm at work please stop calling me." I don't even have a mortgage with them.

I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Jace Ryniewicz, loan advisor for Royal United Mortgage.Mr. Ryniewicz walked me through and explained the loan process easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, easy to talk to and very professional. If you ever need his services, don't hesitate to call him. I highly recommend him.
