The store is like a garbage can! everything is lying around, scattered shoes, it is impossible to try on, because they are tied with laces, tied with wires and additionally tied with a tie. This is nonsense!!! How should I try on shoes!??? Marshals is a gold shop compared to you.

I went on May 23 2024 around 2pm , I love the Ross first time there they have nice clothes there , anyways when I went there the girl on the register a African skinny girl was rude , she didn’t welcome me or say anything so I was about to snap at her because she took my 2 pants that I bought and smashing in the bag wrinkling them when I gave it to her nice folded, but I realized she forgot to ring me up for a pair of pants that was for $24 Levi’s jeans I totally smiled ? and told her to have a nice day ty

Good place to shop at a reasonable price. The only negative is they have an unfriendly and ridiculous return policy. I wanted to return a pair of unused shoes after a couple months and they offered me $0.54 on a $ 36.00 shoes. I donated the shoes in charity.

This store offers dressing rooms while simultaneously attaching all clothes to the hangers so they are impossible to try on. This is very unhelpful and confusing for the customers. You need to find another way to prevent theft that doesn't affect shoppers negatively.

Amazon locker inside. Friendly cashiers. They keep products up to date. Lots of clearance. Lots of useful finds. Fun to shop here. Seasonal snacks near checkout lines.

Love me, sum Ross! It's a great perusal always. I have been purchasing HOLKA shoes here for $89.00 a pair. I have bought 4 pairs the last 2 months and given them as Christmas gifts. These shoes are usually $160. to $180. A pair. I have nurses in my family that swear by these shoes.. I always stop for Ross!
