Carolyn was the respiratory therapist from Prism who came to my residence with the VPAP equipment and demonstrated how to use it. She went through the different individual components of the machine and there uses. She explained how to clean the individual parts and how often this should be done. She also showed how to operate the machine for daily use and made everything clear and understandable. In addition, she wrote everything down in the brochure so that I would have easy access to important information. Carolyn was very professional, personable, and competent and she was enjoyable to work with !

He was a bit late 5-10 minutes but overall a good presentation and training session. Demonstration was spot on and my hands on practice with the device was good. Felt comfortable and confident leaving the session

My anxiety was very high when I met with Carlos to set up my CPAC machine. Carlos was patient and sensitive to my anxiety which put me at ease. He was thorough when showing me the set up and answered any questions I had. We went over my mask options, tried them on and chose the best fit for me. I was given all the information, phone numbers and tools to take home to start therapy and wellness! I am truly grateful to Carlos for being so supportive and kind during our session, I felt supported and never judged. Thank you Carlos!! I am on my way to better health..cannot wait to feel like myself again.

Very happy with Prism service! My first experience with CPAP, and Carlos (Charlie) was great! He explained everything thoroughly. He took the time to assess my needs and selected the most suitable mask for me. He answered all my questions, and after demonstrating everything, he observed my ability to do a repeat demonstration of correct use of the equipment. I never felt rushed, and feel confident that I can do this!

Charlie explains everything in detail, funny thing I have been wearing the wrong mask size for a long time and he let me know the correct one and that made a difference!! Great experience!!!
