Great experience when we went in, we worked with Bailey. He was awesome. He helped my son who is new to golf pick out a putter that was preowned and affordable. He also helped us put a new grip on it which fit better in his hands. Thanks Bailey you're a great help. It was nice to be able to try 20 different putters and practice with them in a relaxed setting with someone advising us.

For such a big store there's a poor selection of winter golf gloves (I'm writing in winter) and for lefty clubs. The staff seemed distracted and inattentive with no evident desire to assist. I was disappointed.

I have gone in a few times recently to get clubs re-shafted, new grips as well as a lie adjustment on a putter. The 3 times I went in, the staff was super friendly and helpful with the details.

I mean, first time ever making a visit to this store. I had a lot of optimism, going in to purchase myself a brand new driver. Too bad the golf world still does not supply clubs for lefties. There were over a dozen to 20 righty drivers of the model that I wanted. So after waiting around for about 20 minutes I finally spoke with someone and they help me order the club. So I have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for it to arrive. Not only that I was in the market for a brand new putter and a putter section had maybe 5% of the entire putting area were lefties.... Absolutely horrendous choices so I left there with a piece of paper....

Went in to get a tour fitting for my driver with my grandpa, really appreciated how helpful the staff were. Specifically James, who was the main staff member to do the fitting. I really appreciate the great service!

Between bushnell and PGA very poor support on range finders. Computers down can't find receipts. Don't buy a bushnell v5 rangefinder. Lasted less than 4 months.

My husband and I are each in the market for new drivers. The sales clerks could not be less helpful. We received zero assistance in setting up the trackman despite asking multiple times. The sales clerks spoke less than 2 words. If your looking to find even basic information on club performance, this is not the place.

Not happy with the lack of service. We spent three hours at the store waiting to have our questions answered. It seemed as if we were troubling every single worker we approached. No smiles or proper way of speaking, just frustration on their faces.

Great customer service from one of the managers "Tony". I had an issue with a recent purchase, and he rectified the situation no questions asked, he just made sure I left happy, and that I did. I will be back for every golf need I have in the future. Thank you for the excellent customer and an enjoyable experience shopping at your store!

Advertised a club in stock. Get there the same day, not in stock. Called 2 weeks later after seeing it advertised again, in stock. My call was transferred to a club specialist..whi never answered the phone. Lost a customer. Wont be in business long not helping customers.

I bought spikes at the store. Replaced 10 of them at home and struggled with two. I went to the shoe guy, a big man, and he got the last two in and then showed me where half of the ones I put in were not fully seated. He fixed those as well. I asked how much, and he said don't worry about it. That is why I shop there, great people, great service.

I'm new to the sport and went in for my first fitting. Very important - Make sure to reserve a time! My attendant (James Masterson) was VERY knowledgeable about the different types of irons I was looking at. He made sure to keep the prices around my budget and did not hesitate to give his opinions when I had no clue what I was looking for. Above anything else, he did not pressure me to purchase ANYTHING at any point. I was so happy with his thoroughness that I ended up buying a set that day.Going to check out, Tony helped me through the process. When I wanted to skip a club in the set to save money, Tony advised me on why that wasn't a good idea and gave explanations as to why. Again - not trying to pressure me. I ended up going with the full set!As someone new to the sport of golf, I appreciated the honesty throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with James/Tony and I will definitely be back!
