If you have a business account with Chase, do not go to this branch. The employees including the manager do not know the difference between a business being in good standing/active and an assumed name being active/inactive. Poorly educated employees make you waste your time.
Again, after 2 years, same stupid employees and supervisor that have no clue about customer service. The problem is with this branch, other branches employees do know what they are working, and have a better sense of what customer service is. Not asking for favors, just asking to be consistent.
Stupid supervisor lady was being stupid about notorizing a paper, refusing to notarize the same way, something that I have done before. When I got mad and was leaving , she asked if I was the one that called before, no I was not. I guess she was being stupid and rude thinking I was the one that called before.

Charging $10 to cash a CHASE check is evil. Even currency exchange is less. Doesn't matter if I bank with you or not.

Had a great experience with opening a student account, I recently transferred banks from BoA and don’t regret nothing. Service here is great in person and offline. Everyone I know also use chase and are highly satisfied with it.

Went today to exchange mutilated bill my daughter found on Earth Day while cleaning school ground and teller in the second window said she will not accept it because it’s too mutilated. I asked if it’s a general policy or Chase only, she said it’s Chase policy. I am Chase customer for many years. Didn’t have time to argue at that time so I just left. I checked online and went to another branch, accepted the bill with NO problem. What a terrible customer service there and I will be closing my accounts soon with Chase. Bill was at it’s at least 75% in piece in my opinion. I’ve been banking online and I go to this location maybe once a year if I need to and I think a decent customer service should be provided for such a big bank as Chase. Disappointing.

The lady cashier was super lazy and pretending that she was busy with computer leaning in and staring in the system to check her make up I guess. Go home lady if you think you are something but your attitude was super cheap and stupid. Get more customer service training if you want to look decent.

I had the best experience with Kari Castro. I had a question regarding payments for my mortgage and she went above and beyond in assisting me and giving me all the information I needed. I look forward to working with Kari again! She is an incredible employee and her customer service is 2nd to none!

Horrible customer service. My husband was an hour away from his hotel when he realized he left his wallet. Went into this location and asked for help. Was told nothing we can do. We have been customers for over 20 years. The supervisor didn’t even try to help. Very dissatisfied with the location!

I've met with 3 different bankers at this Chase branch multiple times in recent years, for assistance with my Parents' bank accounts, their Estate, Trust, Powers of Attorney, the sale of their house, as well as other matters. I found each Banker to be professional, & very knowledgable on these topics, & each took their time, & answered all of my questions. So I'm leaving this review to say thank you, & to let them know their service is very much appreciated!?

Used to go there all the time, but one day went there to get cashier check, probably used other card to verify, so instead of retrying with different card with proper authorization, bank teller asked me for my social security number, when I refused to give it to her, she called her manager and together in front me, without my consent, they used their credentials in the system to view my account, wrote down my SS number on deposit slip and wrote me a cashier's check. I complained to chase customer service, only to be told I didn't need SS to get a check.

It's third time when we tried to open business account in this branch. Either they don't have enough stuff or you have to make appointment even that nobody answers the phone. I thought bank is for clients not other way. So dissatisfied.
