The sales experience was very good. Chris Griffing was great to deal with. He's knowledgeable on the product and very patient. The prep detail person could have done a better job. I'm a car guy and particular and I understand that there are dusty farms nearby however, the tailgate, the door jambs and under the hood were still pretty dirty. The sales staff are very busy and they shouldn't have to take the time to check on the people prepping the new vehicles.
Besides the detail issue the Gjovik experience was very good. I don't have any service experience with them yet however I would certainly deal with them again from a sales aspect which is more than I can say for the last GMC dealership that I dealt with.

Bought a pre-owned traverse today from Westin Hawkins, I feel he was very honest, informative and helpful.I will definitely talk to him and the Gjovik team the next time I’m looking for a vehicle.

Took my cruze there for an oil change and filter leaked and when I got home there was no oil on the stick , towed it back and then turbo was out which they assured me it wasn't from the leak , then drove out after getting new turbo for 2000 bucks and the check engine light came on , took it to a different dealer and exhaust manifold was leaking and a sensor was cross threaded into the down pipe , both of which gjovaks did when the turbo got replaced. Not Good !!!
