If I could give this zero stars I would. Our RV which we purchased new from them was there to be winterized. I get a call from Ken the service manager stating someone stole the catalytic converter along with 24 others overnight. Seriously? 24 in one knight? Complete negligence for people's very expensive RV's on their property. I have more cameras in/on my home which would detect anything. Your going to tell me the 24 saws alls going for hours didn't attract any attention?They told me to call my insurance company as they are not liable.They were in possession and had the keys. Oddly enough we didn't sign any paperwork when we dropped it off. May or may not have disclaimers. THEN they give us an estimate of about 5K to fix it including six hours of labor. They got us a non OEM catalytic converter. We took the RV out of the with it off and will have it fixed elsewhere.Not implying anything but 24 in one night in what is supposed to be a secure lot, then charging each owner Almost 5K to fix it? You can come to your own conclusions.I had to pay my insurance deductible and think it's bs. NEVER going back there for anything. EVER. Wait until the other 23 start writing their review when the get their RV's out if there
