“When I lived in Mundelein this was my preferred bank. It was a bummer when I had to go to the bank on Maple, but it was only because this bank didn't have the printer to give me a new debit card. I assume because they're a smaller establishment? The employees were always very kind to me and my children (if they tagged along). Complementary coffee, water, and candy was sometimes available if there was a wait for a banker. If I ever did have an issue they were very apologetic and worked hard to resolve my problem. I know most are quick to leave negative reviews, but after moving away I miss this bank. I now frequent a Wintrust near my new residence and it can't hold a candle to this branch.”
“I really like this Bank and all the people that work in it. They are very efficient and friendly. My biggest gripe is that at the drive-in window they don't make the far left window for business transactions. Somebody simply depositing a check should use any other lane. I typically have large Bank envelopes filled with deposits for my business. And I sit in line and wait for Joe average when there are other lanes open and available that I simply cannot use. This is an inconvenience to another wise great bank to do business with.”
“My Debit Card had been hacked by a very bad person (vbp) and the SBOTL Fraud Security Group put a Hold on my account. So I stopped by the Center Street Office on my way to the Vet with my Puppy, and Allison, one of the Many Wonderful Women who works there, took care of Everything, and on the way back from the Vet, I picked up my new Card and EVERYTHING on my Account was Safe, Secure and, as Usual with SBOTL, taken care of Extremely Professionally!”

They called me and it was so easy to take the new documentation to them and they quickly changed the bank records. “Been banking with First American Bank since 2016. No issues. I’ve had this bank go after a place of business who cheated me and kept my money in 2021. It went well and First American Bank got my money back from them.I call with questions and have never gotten anyone rude or unwilling to help answer my questions.They will refund one overdraft fee if you’re nice and have good cause. I think you’re only allowed one freebie though.”

1382 US-12, Fox Lake“I recently opened up a new checking account about a week and a half, 2 weeks ago with Chase. I went without a bank for 15 years or so because I didn't trust them. The first time I walked in I was greeted warmly by Neelu. She was very welcoming and friendly. I told her that I wanted to open up a checking account and she said oh i can help you with that. And she brought me right into her office. I believe Neelu was relatively newbut she had been there long enough to know what she was doing. and I felt at ease with her right away. She took the time to explain everything to me and she was quick and thoroughand friendly. I was in the bank for maybe 30 minutes and we had everything set up and I felt confident that choosing Chase was a great idea.Fast forward to yesterday, I walk in to Chase all frazzled and upset because I had lost my wallet the day before and couldn't find it anywhere. I was a mess, guess who greeted me? Neelu. I had just walked in and she saw me from an office she was in with another customer and another banker and she came out quickly to ask if she could help me. I asked her if she remembered me from signing me up for 2 accounts. She said yes. I said thank you and proceeded to explain my last 24 hours of losing my wallet. I had no ID, no bank card or credit card no insurance card and no social security card and no cash. I needed to get some money out for a few days until my new card comes in the mail. She said yes, absolutely, I can do that for you. She brought me over to her desk and she asked me some questions to establish who i was and to protect my accounts and privacy. I was a wreck when I walked in and Neelu had me calmed down in no time. And boy was she a great multitasker. She was helping me out and 2 other customers in there as well. But her primary focus was on me and my situation. She had excellent communication and customer service skills and she was calm cool and collected and I was a complete mess. She spent at least 2 hours with me canceling my card and trying to set me up with a digital wallet to use until my new card came. We had a lot of trouble though because my phone was giving me issues so it wouldn't let us set it up. We were equally as frustrated. I can't tell you how much it meant to walk into an intimidating environment and be warmly and quickly greeted. Neelu was wonderful. Thank you Neelu for all of your help and time and patience. You deserve a 10 star review. Hang on to this employee, Chase she is a dynamo! I would recommend Chase Bank to anyone, they are really on the ball. And thanks also to the 2 other gentlemen that were trying to help. I'm so happy I went with Chase Bank. Thank you Neelu you were awesome! And thanks Chase Bank for making banking so convenient and simple to navigate your app.And the good news is that I got back from Chase and put my jacket on the couch and as I was laying it down I saw my wallet sitting on the couch that I had ripped apart 4 or 5 times trying to find. We all looked and then it appeared. Divine intervention.Oh what a relief! Thanks again Neelu and Chase!”

But Sherry and all of the other staff were beyond helpful and polite, they did their best as a branch to apologize to me and make things right. Other Chase bank branches and executives should admire and look up to the Antioch location as an example of good bank customer service, especially Sherry for doing everything she could to do the right thing. Even though I was frustrated with chase I was not angered anymore after the service provided at this branch. They stayed open almost an hour just to make things right and I’ve gone to over 6 branches who were of no help. Thank you all so very much for your help, especially Sherry!”
