I was at discount tire in Round Lake, Illinois this morning at 8:01 very bad experience, the manager, the store and the customer. We're talking a customer challenged me to go outsidied. As the store manager was laughing, another gentleman by the name of Kyle ordered a tiger for me. I went back at 345 to have an installed.It took them forever that kept Elaine.The police ended up showing up

I have to say, I've been here three different times, and on all occasions, I was treated incredibly well. These are real guys who will work hard to earn and keep your business. They stay post-close to get things done if needed, and aren't the "upselling" types either. Until they demonstrate any reason to NOT come back, my biz is theirs to keep. Way to hustle, guys!

The guys here were awesome. I was having some PSI trouble with my back left tire. They had me in the shop right away and found there was a screw bit stuck in the tread. They had it patched and ready to go in under 30 mins completely free of charge. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

They able to my aftermarket wheels twice without scratching, take them in for a third time just to have tpms put on and one wheel comes back with scratch. Not fully taking responsibility for it, kept trying to talk me out of it.
