Allam du Lillah. Reached Chicago due to unexpected long waiting in immigration missed connecting flight for Atlanta so Airline gave hotel stay overnight from Terminal 03 every 15-20 Minutes shuttle service is offered by Hotel and I missed twice.
Check In was very comfortable front desk was handled by a young very courteous staff of Hotel. Room was clean nice and quiet and check out time Miss. JC was so nice she with a smile offered complementary Coffee from their Lobby. Check out was also very smooth. Overall 4.5* for Staff and Location and property is 4* experience.

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular, and I simply have to highlight three things that made our experience unforgettable:1. Ricardo – A True Gem:
We decided to stay our last night at this hotel purely because we wanted Ricardo to take us back to the airport. When he picked us up earlier, he was the friendliest, happiest, and most inspiring person we have ever met! After a long day of travel, seeing his smiling face absolutely lifted our spirits. He radiates positivity and truly made our day 100% better. If you're lucky enough to meet Ricardo, your stay will be all the brighter for it.2. Immaculate Cleanliness:
The cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely top-notch. As owners of a cleaning business, we understand the importance of maintaining a spotless environment, and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Everything was pristine, from the lobby to our room. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in perfect condition.3. Water Pressure Heaven:
And let's talk about the water pressure—WOW! The showers here are amazing, with strong, consistent water pressure that was exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. It’s a small detail, but it made a huge difference in our stay.To top it all off, the front desk young man was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a short 3-day trip to Chicago, but the atmosphere, the people, the food, and the scenery were all over the top. We will definitely be back—and when we do, we’ll be sure to stay here again. This hotel, and especially Ricardo, made our trip truly memorable!
Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and immaculately clean the beds were nicely made there's lots of charging ports for your devices and the water pressure was over the top amazing!

I travel a lot, this hotel is wonderful with friendly staff and good service. The front dest lady Ana is very professional and helpful. Next time if go Chicago again. I will stay here to enjoy my trip.

Good place located near many go-to spots and points of interest. Good views above the 4th floor. And, Harry Carays- though, bring your coin bank for though the food is goid, you shall pay handsomely for those tasty meals and the great service.
Walkability: Near quite a few places nearby....

Had a decent stay here aside from the coffee maker not working and the lack of free breakfast, which I come to expect at this price point. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, thermostat worked nicely and was a convenient place near where I was travelling. Probably wouldn't stay again as there's better offerings close by that have all the things I thought were lacking, but had an alright stay. A nice bonus was the variety of transport options nearby

The room wasn't clean. The location was fine. They give you $5 credit to use at their little convenience store next to the register. However, they also charge you about $20 as an additional fee when you check in. That fee cannot be removed. They also charge you about $30 for parking (was only there overnight so I'm not sure if this is per night) even though there's absolutely nowhere else to park in the area.
They also have a sink next to the fridge but they don't offer any dish soap.

The room has everything I needed for a comfy stay at night. Super clean, good lighting, AC, and hot shower. Food and drinks are downstairs. Near to a few places for activities and close to the airport.
Rooms: The room has everything you need for a comfy stay at night. Super clean, good lighting, AC, and hot shower.
Nearby activities: To me, it's great for all kinds of activities!
Safety: I felt really safe around the area even at night because there's an event going around, and there were a lot of people outside. You see police cars around quite often.
Walkability: You can walk around to a few places. I went to a concert for the weekend at Allstate Arena. I could walk to the MMF, take the train to the airport, and take the blue line at O'Hare to Chicago that it's around 40 mins and enjoy!
Noteworthy details: The staff is really kind and helpful.

It does its job, it's a hotel with a shuttle to the airport, it's also a 20 minute walk from the blue line train which takes you to the center for just 3 dollars, so definitely a strategic base.
$180 is a lot for this type of support, but Chicago is expensive in general

The hotel's spacious rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone experiencing unexpected overnight delays due to airport issues.
