Bright Horizons Rosemont is nothing short of amazing. Our older kids were in other Horizons center across the country that weren’t great and had a tough time retaining good staff. This bright horizons knows how to take care of kids. They realize taking care of the children means taking care of all stakeholders including the parents and staff. They really listen. The administrators Sue & Carmela really listen and care. Amy is very caring and helpful. They’ll step in the classroom and help out where needed. When my kiddo started they read my intake forms and listened to what I said and placed him in a spot that they thought would be a good fit for what he needed. Due to this, he had a relatively smooth transition and I’m confident bringing him here to play and learn with peers. All of the teachers we’ve encountered including but not limited to Misses Maria, Francesca, Breanne, Meghan, Leah have been so loving and patient. The staff stay here for years, which is really a testament to the entire team. They also have an amazing Chef Cathy that really cares about what she creates for the kids. What made me finally write this long overdue review was an email about a staff member. She requested to work less. So the email to parents was about how she would still be around, just in a more limited capacity. But they were very accommodating. Just one example of what they do for everyone that comes through their doors.If you’re looking for a safe loving and educational environment for your kiddos, stop by and take a look.

I could not be happier with the 10/10 amazing staff at Bright Horizons Rosemont. We get photo updates of what our daughter is up to throughout the day, she has healthy, diverse meal options, she's learning and engaging with other kids and their entire staff, and each staff member acts like they are bffs with our little one. Seriously- I feel like she has all the beautiful relationships outside our home and it makes me feel the most at ease when we drop her off each day.I feel so incredibly lucky to have found them! If you aren't sure, go take a tour and see all these laughing, smiling little ones exploring the world safely.

Our 3 year has been there for a few months now and has grown to love going to school. It was a rough transition coming from another day care that closed down, but the BH staff have made him feel welcome and included in everything they do. We have seen our little guy blossom so much with his speech (English and Spanish) and development thanks to the staff. Special thanks, they made such amazing accommodations for his food allergies.

I guess we will NOT leave our child with this organization. Twice now, these people have forgotten about our scheduled virtual appointment. I left work early to be home for this "tour". After calling their office, and letting the phone ring over three and a half minutes, I gave up. I hope they don't forget the children like they forget the parents.

We are so happy with BH and the staff at Rosemont! They are extremely professional while also maintaining a close and personal relationship with each child. There is always close communication with teachers and administration which helps to ease the stress of being a working parent! Can't recommend the care here enough!

We transferred to BH Rosemont after a bad experience at another center. I was honestly a bit apprehensive to even try another daycare, but the staff at BH Rosemont have blown us away.They are incredibly professional, kind, understanding, patient, and responsive. This is one of the BEST and most well run daycares I've come across.On my son's first week, they sent multiple photos, videos, and even called me a few times to let me know how his day was going. He got fed and took a nap on his second day which I wouldn't have believed if it wasn't for the photo they sent me, as he is very particular about where he naps. They also sent a written report of his day thru their app. There has been a few tears, as its expected, but I rest assured that he's well taken care of, and that he's learning, socializing, and having fun!Thank you BH Rosemont for all that you are and all that you do for our little ones!

We love Bright Horizons! Very high quality educational care, excellent curriculum and parents are very involved. Teachers are happy to come to work and spend time with the kids and they have a very low turnover rate. I love it that my suggestions and concerns are always taken seriously and my child is thriving academically and socially.

Bright Horizon offers a ton of benefits that a lot of other day cares do not offer including; a full breakfast (huge plus when you don’t have time to feed your child in the morning), an open door policy to stop in any time you like, and help with potty training! My son really enjoyed his time here and all the staff (especially Karla the director) are extremely warm, kind, and caring. It’s a great atmosphere for growing children to learn and have fun.

Both of our daughters love the program. The curriculum is amazing and exposes children to a wide variety of skills necessary for success in school. The staff is caring and experienced; the administrators are present and attentive. The environment is warm and welcoming. We highly recommend Bright Horizons at Rosemont.

We love Bright Horizons! Their communications with parents are top notch. Their infant teachers care so much about your kids. I have never once been concerned leaving my child there. We have looked at other daycares in the area, and even toured one right next door to our home that has rave reviews, but didn't get the great feeling like we have walking into Bright Horizons. We go 15 minutes out of our way each way to make sure that we have our child in the best hands possible!

My son is at Bright Horizons and I am so happy that he is in this day care. They make you feel so comfortable here. What is very important when I come and drop off my son he filled of smiles.. The teachers are so nice and take the time to answers your questions and make you feel so welcome and comfortable..

I have been an employee at Bright Horizons since 2006! I have had an amazing experience. The company is wonderful to work for and the Rosemont center is beautiful and my coworkers have become friends. I am primarily in the infant classroom and love building new relationships with parents and watching children thrive, develop and hit their developmental milestones. Although I don’t have children of my own my two nieces have attended BH for drop in care and there experiences have been beyond amazing. I love seeing the children I had as infants thriving as they move up into the program. Also love when parents have more children and get to see them grow and develop as well. The love the sense of family that BH has to offer. It’s an extension to your own family. It is a bitter sweet feeling when the children age out of the center and move into elementary school. But I am so glad to get updates and see them from time to time with drop in care. I am glad to be a child’s first teacher and to work for such an amazing company. I just recommend BH to everyone that is looking for a position in the Early Childhood Education Field. I have recently started the BH teachers program where they are paying for me to get my bachelors in Early Childhood Education. This has been an amazing program for me and should be finished October of 2020! Bright Horizons has so many opportunities for there staff and it makes me happy to use all the benefits that BH has to offer.

Bright Horizons at Rosemont has been an amazing experience for our family. We needed daycare in a pinch last spring when my little one was barely nine months. Having been a stay at home mom with my first, I was a nervous wreck just at the thought of leaving my little guy all day long... let alone with total strangers. It was such a relief when I looked at the website and found questions I should ask any childcare provider, having never done this before. I also found an amazing curriculum for each age group, even infants. The level of attention they pay to my little guys's development, not just month to month... but every day was detailed and is emailed to me a week in advance. So it's the menu, created by the chef on-site. Now that we're around the age to start mil he had a reaction, I was nervous of course. They immediately changed his placemats so he won't have milk or yogurt until we've seen his pediatrician. Honestly, I've been more concerned at home about messing up myself than when my little guy's at school. They have everything down pat... If I'm dropping him off at 6:30 am and briefly mention a concern, you can bet they are following up with a phone call or when I'm picking up. The teachers, Tanya, Jazmine and Jenny are warm and loving...and the administrators, Karla and Carmela, are just amazing! Everyday my little one has a smile on his face when we get there. I open the door and he's reaching for me to get him out of his car seat... Web we get into the room, he's squiggling to get it if my arms to go play and at the end of a long day, he's, fed, clean, smiling and happy to see me. I could never have imagined having a new baby in daycare, going back to work and having so little stress and no worry when leaving him every day. The trust they have earned these past few months is so rare. I can't put into words how much I appreciate the people at Bright Horizons...
