Please run from this location. They lied about the phone warranty, and they made me sign an agreement that. says the warranty is only valid for one week . please do not use their services such scammer, and by the way they are not Verizon they ARE THIRD PARTY seller which is huge difference between Verizon themselves.

Caution! So much went wrong after I left! Wasn't very happy overall that I was charged for setup but no phone numbers were transferred over from my old to new phone. When I called to ask . The phone number listed goes to the 800 Verizon customer service.The person there wanted to sell me a restocked phone .. but it wasn't re-wrapped as per Verizon corporate protocols. According to the sales manager he stated the phone was the latest model. And when I asked why it was returned he hesitantly stated the owner wanted another phone.I then opted out of this phone and purchased a phone that was packaged.This purchased phone however didnt have a case or special offer. He stated I was going to get 380.00 off the phone as a rebate but the phones actual cost is only 350.00. Per Verizon customer care.I spent. A approx 2 hrs. in the store, 2 hrs after I got home after leaving the Verizon store, and another 2+ hours on the following day ... To complain and try to resolve the "promotion" issue and to report this business.Verizon corporate cannot even get a hold of him to speak to him ... Ridiculous!

Do not go to this location. I went into buy a phone. I was told the accessories were free with purchase of the phone i wanted. Come to find out I was lied to about the promotion. It was $182 dollars in accessories. I went back in a few days later to return the phone. The manager had a horrible attitude and literally yelled at me for trying to return items that I was told were free and never requested. Keep in mind "we are long time customers of this specific store" and felt humiliated to the point I will never do business with this store again. Go to Best Buy. Found the fold 3 for half the price with a trade in.

Worst service & guy didn't even help me. Was a guy with tattoos & glasses Someone was in the back doing who knows what while I was waiting . I just left The phone number doesn't even work

Took the family to port four lines for new service. The employee was nice answered my numerous questions. He said I would have to pay $35 activation fee for each line. Ok , that's standard. He said I would also need to pay $35 set up fee for each line. What is this???? Plus the cost of each phone was $11 more then advertised by Verizon. Make sure you go to a corporate Verizon store, not authorized retailer!!! I contacted Verizon customer support at home. They said we only charge activation fee of $35.

I stopped by a DIFFERENT location to purchase a new Iphone 13. The guy thought it was going to be an instantaneous sale, but after I began asking the price, if there were any trade-in opportunities he became incredibly rude and offensive. Took a chance and stopped by the Roselle location on Lake Street and spoke to Kenneth. He was so pleasant, informative and super knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing multiple phones from him. Great service by people who appreciate their customers wins EVERY TIME. Thank you Kenneth!
