I went in today with my 8 year old son to get his first iPhone. I was greeted immediately by Karen and Suneel who knew the exact starter phone suggestion for my son. They spent over an hour with us helping to pick the right plans that were cost effective and weren't pushy at all. We ended up with an iPhone SE, an Otterbox case and two stands for the back of the phone. Karen and Suneel were so knowledgeable and kind. We chatted while we set the phone up and left feeling extremely happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend this store and their customer service! I plan to go back to the location once I want to upgrade my phone or for any needs we may have. Thank you so much for making our experience so amazing!

Amazing team! Lexi & Art were amazing! I have always had sour in-person transactions at the Woodfield AT&T store. I actually went there first, they didn't seem interested in making a sale. I went to this location, did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, very friendly and efficient.

We came for 1 month SIM, but was ripped off and over charged with 2 extra month. Later on they said that they told us all about the plan. Won't use AT&T again.
