This post office has about 75% success rate (generous) with [packages specifically] getting things to my house. I've had to reorder so many different items and I don't even online shop much, 5-10 times a year if that, and I'm constantly having things not show up (not stolen either according to cameras). Called and complained 4 times now, 5th will be today due to another lost package over a 2 year period. I don't even want to get a P.O. box because I don't trust that mail would make it there correctly. I have 1 package coming today but am extremely doubtful I will be the recipient.

The ladies at the actual post office are wonderful but the mail carrier Is unprofessional and rude. I live in the sagewood subdivision. I had a package I was waiting on that I needed before my appointment in rockford at 12:30 pm I noticed her as I turned off my street I simply asked her if I could get my package so that I could have it before my appointment. I told her I would show her Identification she proceeded to tell me she would be at my home in 5 minutes which I said okay and went back to my home, 5 minutes go by and she's is not even on my street so I pull off and turn the opposite direction and drive about a quarter mile and find her again I pull up to her and say I really would appreciate if you could give me that one package I said I was in a hurry and she acted like and couldn't be bothered and pulled off. I have never been treated with so much rudeness and unprofessionalisum it would have taken her 2 minutes and she acted like she couldn't do that. Being nice goes along way and she is very stuck up and unprofessional. Maybe it's the fact that it's hot but that still is unexcusable.

Matt the supervisor was super helpful and nice about finding my looping parcel thank you Matt for taking the time to track it down and obliterating the barcode on my parcel!

For some reason almost all packages ordered from Amazon, whether in a box or bag, are being opened prior to delivery.

uSPS . When is the parking lot doing to fixed? . Why is it not fixed? Where do I submit my invoice to pay for destroying my wheels/knuckle/and tie ride??

Terribly slow delivery. Mail never comes before 7PM, unacceptable. Its currently 8pm, packages been out for delivery since 9am, nothing. Hate the mail woman here.

The ladies that work here are amazing! I don’t even live in the area anymore and still always go here because I always feel welcomed. They all have great customer service skills and are always in a great mood. I look forward to going here every week.

Best post office in the area. Polite and helpful staff. I avoid Rockford PO because the staff aren't friendly or interested in customer service.
