⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a great experience with Twin Oaks. George and Lynn were very easy to work with when getting the estimate and selecting flooring. They were able to schedule the installation the very next week once I made a selection, which was incredibly convenient for me. George reached out every step of the way. Dan did great work with the installation and was extremely efficient with his time. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Overall, Twins Oaks prices were better than big box stores and did not try surprise me with any hidden fees or costs, making them the clear choice for quality and affordability. I highly recommend Twin Oaks Flooring for their great people, prices, efficiency, and quality of work!

Highly recommend!! Super friendly, excellent service from beginning to end. Easy process. We only had one room done, but will get the rest of the upstairs done soon, and I will be coming back. Thank you so much!! We couldn't be happier with it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Salesman named sam jumbled out paperwork and reciepts( along with many other people) and they won’t honor our monies back. we even have proof of reciept on credit cards. Going to sue them .

Had a condo living room and two bedrooms done by Twin Oaks for significantly less than Home Depot who wanted to charge me $1000 to remove and dispose of existing hardwood floors. Saved a chunk of change by not using HD or the clip joints like Empire or Luna. Owner was very responsive to the single issue I had about a trim piece and it was quickly put right. Happy with the install and carpet. ??

We were initially scammed by Sam like many of the other reviewers here, but once the owners found out they worked with us to get the work done. The work is very well done (we did both hard flooring and carpet), Lynn and George were very communicative during the process, and we left what was initially a very frustrating experience happy. With Sam now seemingly fired, I would easily and happily recommend Twin Oaks Carpet.It’s unfortunate that the company is now suffering poor reviews for Sam’s behavior. Keep in mind, they were scammed by him as well, and all the work they offered to do for us and many of the reviewers here who are reviewing them poorly came out of the companies pocket.

Hi ! Word of advice - DONT use twin oaks in romeoville! I’ve referred clients there before, but never again. Not only did they damage a friend of mines house months ago, they installed the wrong carpet at my own home, & I’ve been waiting 4 months for them to correct the issue. Turns out, they fired the salesman I had been working with, because he’s a con man & a liar. The owner didn’t even know about my situation until recently - & after weeks of following up with her, inquiring about where my correct carpet is, she’s now informed me it’ll be an additional $400 to have the correct carpet installed. I’m beyond frustrated / annoyed. Stay away!!!!! — at Twin Oaks Carpet.

Twin Oaks did an amazing job removing carpet, laminate and ceramic across our entire main floor and replacing it with with vinyl plank flooring. Sam was a great help in choosing the perfect product and colors. Installers were respectful, friendly and hard working. Highly recommended!

DO NOT do business with them, they will take your money. I ordered carpet and hardwood floor from them, but they didn't put my order in months later because the guy name SAM came out to do my estimate did not put my order in, instead SAM pocket the money himself so the store has no idea about our project until we went to the store. The whole process suppose to be done in end of May, but in reality, it didn't get finished until the beginning of July, and they will not reimburse us due to the delay, we have to pay two months extra rent because of the delay, so I will not do business with them ever again and neither should you.

We had to recarpet our whole upstairs and Sam was super helpful with giving us a quick quote and helping us choose which carpet to go with. Install was fast and looks great. We are very happy with how it turned out.

Needed carpet for my mom's condo that is going on the market. Gave us variety of choices in different price ranges. Placed the order and in a week the job was finished. Great price and the carpet looks GREAT! They also replaced the laminate floor in the kitchen. We couldn't be happier.
