I have a pair of ariats that I literally walked the souls off of but couldn't come to part ways with them and Kyle went above and beyond to help out. Just picked up my boots that were beyond repair in my eyes. Not only were they done way faster than promised but he did an awesome job! “Went to NB to look for new sneakers. Since I have been a prior wearer of NB, I thought I would try again. Had a very good sales person who went out of his way to assist. When making my decision on a pair, I asked about returning and was told 45 days. I decided to make a purchase and was given instructions regarding breaking them in.After a few days I decided to return the sneakers because of the lack of padding on the soles. Return was a very easy process.”
“I wanted to thank Martin for doing a Super Professional repair job to a pair of expensive Italian patent leather knee high boots. Not only did he source difficult to get repair parts particular to these boots but he improved on the original shank install from the factory. He documented with photos and showed me the parts he replaced !! His workmanship was Beautiful. I felt like I had my Italian sports car repaired by a true old school mechanic. I only give good reviews to people who have earned them. It was a difficult first repair for me by him. I already brought him more work. Unlike a lot of other shoe and baggage repair places, he backs up his work. Really impressed with him. All you ladies out there, this is your guy for your high end stuff !! Thanks again Martin.”
“Our customer service representative call me immediately (on vacation) and informed me that Christopher was not happy that we made a custom patch for his vest. We were concerned that embroidering directly on the vest would prevent protective plates from being installed correctly. I called Christopher and informed him we were crediting him in full for the work and would remove the patch and name plate and embroider directly onto the vest free of charge. Christopher thanked me for refunding the money we agreed on a plan of action to rectify the issue.”

They do not like to shop but were drawn by the shoes and the wonderful women who measured their feet. Our experience was beyond fabulous. Going forward I will be back with my 5 year old girls!!”

“Called ahead looking for specific brand/sizes/colors, they informed me they had them, i told them i was on my way. When i got there, the associate who had took my call had them waiting at the desk in both sizes and colors, and i had not even asked him to do that. “The new ASM, William, was very helpful and did a great job assisting me while the store was very busy. He was attentive and quick on his feet. I was indecisive about which pair of shoes to buy but I ended up purchasing both pairs due to William being knowledgeable about the products and merchandise being sold in the store. He enlightened me about how one shoe would be better for running and another for everyday comfortability with a splash of fashion. After careful consideration and deliberation, I agreed with him. Any questions I had, he was able to answer (and I was asking a lot of questions) he was patient and did not get frustrated with me while also making sure his employees and other customers were taken care of. I’ve never seen an employee multitask so effectively and effortlessly while also confidently maintaining a leadership role. He also had a great personality and conversation. I hope he’s there the next time I visit!”
