Large, spacious rooms. Nice comfortable office chair for the desk and a recliner. The room also has a mini fridge, which was a necessity to hold our daughter's bottle and food. We were here for an engagement party which was beautifully done. The tiki decorations and parrots were a nice touch. The party was set around the pool (which was closed due to the party at my bf's dismay) decently friendly staff, quick efficient elevators... our stay was quite lovely.

After a very delayed flight, it was a port in a storm.
Facilities are basic and room air-con loud.
Staff were pleasant.

Yesterday night I stayed in this hotel. It's nice hotel. room is good and a swimming pool. One of the staff member in the night he managed so many people he is good his name keto something I don't know, people keep coming from the airlines it's a busy hotel. Overall satisfied with everything.

This hotel is simultaneously reasonably nice and modern, and run down and 'I'm going to lose a kidney here' at the same time. The hotel was in a weird spot that is hard to find, front staff looked at me like I was crazy when I told them I had a reservation, but the room was clean, pool looked fine, and lobby was really nice. It was just a really bizarre mix of modern hotel and sketchy hotel

I don’t even know what to say. This place is literally a nightmare. In summary, I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inns 1.5x nicer than this hotel. Unless you are forced to pick this place because your American Airlines flight was delayed (and even then) stay anywhere else.
-Shuttle was just a fing van that didn’t even have space for luggage so had to sit crammed in the van with all of my luggage in my lap. Single “shuttle” running back and forth to the airport and it took over an hour of waiting.
-Room smells like day-old bong water. I’m not exaggerating.
-Single employee working the front desk, and took over 30 minutes to check in.
-Elevator is broken, and have to walk through a dimly lit hallway past all of the other poor souls who found themselves in this hotel and on the first floor to get to the only working one. Elevator was last inspected in 2019 and sure rides like it. See the picture attached.
-Place looks like a hotel flipper in total put about 25% of the money they needed to revitalize the place and spent some of that on a built-in entertainment system for the rooms, and lit the other funds on fire.
-Room isn’t even clean. Stains on bedding, floors are sticky, and I feel like I’m going to catch something from walking in the bathroom.
I can’t stress this enough, just stay at the airport, or fork out some $ for a different hotel. This place is special, and not in a good way. Quite shocking, actually.

Juan not sure of spelling) was very rude and mean.
I was stranded at ORD airport in Chicago but my Airline gave me a voucher for a hotel. I picked this hotel to put my feet up and recharge for the long flight ahead of me.
At around 9:30 pm, I called the hotel number and Juan ( not sure of the spelling) told me the shuttle would be “coming me up from terminal 2 C at 10 pm . It was my first time at that airport so it took me time locating the spot. It was cold and raining outside but I found it and 15 minutes after, I called the hotel to get an ETA for the shuttle. Juan told me he had “no idea maam I don’t drive the shuttle,just hang tight”. When asked how the driver and I would know who is who he said “ I don’t know maam just look for a white van” 30’minutes after waiting with no white van, I called again and Juan said “ maam look for white van with holiday inn.”
When I asked Juan again what time the van was coming he said “maam I can’t help you with that I don’t know, I can’t ask the driver but there is also uber and taxis you should have used”
I waited for another 10 minute, didn’t see the van. I gave up.

The staff at this location are fabulous.
The place seems old but credit to the crew for the upkeep!

Stayed here for a convention at the Schaumburg center. Great breakfast, friendly staff, ample parking, and great rooms.
