I had a animal control person called to my house for my dogs barking. There was a guy cleaning the gutters on the house next to me
I saw him throwing things at my dogs. I brought my dogs in and they couldn't have been marking more than 3 or 4 minutes. The woman from animal control said she would find 2 people who would agree to lie that my dogs were barking for a long time. She should be fired

Workers were very helpful in helping me meet the dogs on my list and answer any questions I had. Office staff were very courteous and attentive. I adopted Normy.

Went there with my current dog to do a scheduled meet and this was scheduled on Thursday and the meet and greet was on Saturday morning, 40 minute drive arrived and was told they adopted my dog "Wren" out, I again asked why did they bother doing a pre-hold for her.....no answer, all 3 ladies in the front office were rude as hell, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, will be filing a complaint with the Winnebago County Board

Making plans to adopt a dog and went to look at a few, made a list and the volunteer Connie was just negative the whole time and made it very uncomfortable to actually vist with any of the dogs.
