Horrible service. Nobody is there to greet you and it feels like nobody knows what they're talking about. Took me forever to find someone who could help me figure out where I need to go for an address change. Then the lady who works at the Post Office section was so unhelpful at all. Didn't even offer me a pen to fill out my papers

Her name is Taressa. I've placed 3 different complaints on her.Apparently she makes up Postal Policy as she goes. I'll post videos/audio soon after I see how my 3rd complaint goes.

I work in the downtown area , and unfortunately this post office is the closest . It was a very customer friendly front desk worker there during the times I was going often , but she retired ? now they have a very Unfriendly front desk worker there named Teresa . The three times that I've dealt with her have been terrible . I cant understand why people get jobs that requre them to have good customer service skills, but they have the total opposite . Im not sure if shes not a morning person, really dislike her job or just a bitter person . Ive tried to kill her with niceness even reprased my questions thinking maybe my wording was frustraing and that may be why she dont understand what I need , but none of it works .Shes just rude and unfriendly. I know you cant train a person to have good customer service skills ...it's either a part of their character or its not , but maybe it would be better to put someone with those skills on the front desk. I dont want to feel like im inconveniencing someone to ask them to do somethingi n their job description...like confirm the pakage rate is correct for the wight.

Called there and it rang 53 times before someone picked it up and THEN HUNG it up. Called right back and no one answered AGAIN. Poor management!!!

Never a line, and the staff are quite friendly. Convenient to downtown.
