Where are the workers, doors open, ring the bell, nobody ever comes out. Lots of people in line. Like that the heck are they doing aren't they supposed to have someone at the counter. Must be nice to be a government employee

Don't go between 12 and 1. Office and website says it's open but if you show up you'll be locked out because apparently the whole building needs to shut down for lunch.

This location is closed from noon to 1pm during the weekdays for lunch. It doesn’t say that anywhere on their website so just be aware of that.

Managed to get in on a quiet afternoon. Interesting location because of how the streets are in this part of downtown, but it also leads to an abundance of places to park, once you know where the building is.

Customer service at Harrison Ave. Rockford, IL is awful. They do not answer their phone. They do not return messages. I have been THREE days without a mail delivery and I can't get through to anyone to let them know. Absolutely unacceptable!
