Turned in the 2021 documents they requested then she asked for 2022 turned those in those then she asked for 2023 documents for the lisence plate sticker program. The staff took over 4 months to "work" on the senior discount for the lisence plate sticker shameful. I called multuple times to check the status and the rude & confused receptionist answers. Then once you speak to staff they are inexperienced. All this time I have left voicemails & no one has called back. What are you all really doing in the office? Fire everyone & hire people who have been unemployed 6 months & they will out perform the non-workers in the office now.

I don't have no problem with them I handle my business & then bounce & everyone there has treated myself alright. I guess when you go in there with an Attitude then will be treated different so buck up buttercup & change your attitude & RESPECT there's. & Come just grow up already
