Liked the old location better since they had employees working, better organized and prices matched their online. Went in today after seeing it online saying available in store to not only find it MORE expensive but a totally different sale. Only saw 1 employee in the whole store who had a long line of people (a few set stuff down and left) but then suddenly left her register to run something to a customer outside. Most items didn't have a price and I heard several people upset about that which I also had to deal with as well. Different areas of the store had mostly empty shelves with what little product they had scattered all over making a horrible mess. Not sure what happened with this company or the employees they used to have but this was a sad mess. Used to love seeing what was on sale online and then going in to get it. Always had coupons on their app, lots of selection and the store was kept so much nicer. Cashier said they won't price match their online price and then tried to convince me that spending a few extra dollars per item was still a good deal. No thanks. Went to Michaels instead.

Staff are friendly and helpful but not always as familiar with products and needs as they once were. Selection of fabrics for sewing leans heavily toward "kid stuff" and has little for such things as men's shirts or women's suiting. So many sale prices and coupons that even staff are confused by them.

Hate the new Joanna's location store. Big isn't always better! One person working. She was at the check out. No one to help answer questions. No one at the fabic counter, which be the way is sign up only. Very frustrating.

Love the new location! PSA: The Cutting Table now has a sign in screen. Had a few upset customers today that were unaware they need to sign in. They were turned away and told to sign in and get in line again. Ouch.

They've moved locations and now you have to "sign up" to have your fabric cut. So if you have one bolt and everyone else has 10-20 too bad. You have to wait 30 plus minutes and no one can choose to let you go ahead. Dumbest thing I've ever seen. And you can even continue shopping while you're signed up. Apparently old fashion get in line and stay there is too good for this joanns. I definitely won't be shopping here if I can help it

Ordered some stuff online. Used PayPal to pay and it automatically went through without confirming address. Well I just moved and my PayPal was connected to my old address. So it was being sent to my old address. I contacted customer service within a min of purchasing and got told they cannot change address or cancel order. I asked them if I can cancel my order myself. They stated no and to contact carrier if they can redirect and joann will only refund IF my package gets returned. Oh and it hasn't shipped out yet. Here's to hoping the carrier will let me change address.customer service is non existent.Update carrier only allows shipper to change address... shocking
