Trying to get a live person on the phone is a nightmare. You can call during open business hours and the phone just rings and rings, then you get Screech jabbering a bit and then it'll just hang up on you! Gave up calling back and I just call my insurance company directly now to pay. Much less frustrating.

Wasn't because of the holiday, almost Everytime I call, it rings for a very long time. No one answers. 9 times out of ten this happens . Really not sure why.
