Changes company on me multiple times and raise my rates . When asking for details they weren't available to show me any summary of fees . Lady was rude and I expressed myself in the same manner. Soon after my account was closed and state is telling me I'm not in compliance. Had to set up service directly thru the insurer for ten bucks more . So I don't trust these counter agents that don't have customer service skills . We all have had days but to secretly cancel accounts and report it to state is dirty . I feel much safer now that I'm not dealing with a middleman Company.

The worst customer service ive ever had. They will cancel your policy on the day it’s due and not even send a reminder and then charge you over $60 to restart you insurance. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And then try to say it’s not their fault it’s the actual company’s fault even though you pay through them. Terrible company. Terrible people. I would not recommend them.

Id give them 0 stars if it was possible. The secretary is so lazy she puts you on hold for a long time hoping you hang up then she hangs up on you if stay on the line. Worst customer service in the business get the trash employees out of there before they run you out of business. Definitely going somewhere else for my insurance now.
