They have a convenient location when you need drugstore items. It's right across the street from my work so I go often. I can only review the otc items since I've never gotten a prescription filled here. Some of it is over priced and some of it is average. I usually stick to the staple items I get that I think have a fair price. You can walk down to Jumpin Joes or the convenient store on Mulberry for cheaper prices. I go here because it's closer and not as busy.

Very unprofessional. The manager can barely even manage to hold a conversation let alone how medications are distributed and refused to speak to me on the phone about an issue. Hung up on me 3 times also wouldn't let me leave a message,dreading having to go back in there and get the rest of my prescription that they didn't fill because they ran out of it. Someone there has sticky fingers.

The only good thing about Downtown Discount is that the prices are low. When a script is sent in by doctor or called in it is never ready when you come pick it up, you have to wait 20 minutes for them to get it ready. When you call on the phone and say you are returning a call from a message they don't know what is going on.

Very low prices on prescriptions and a very helpful staff.I don't buy anything else there but I do recommend it to people who have to pay for their own prescriptions.
