The products themselves you get what you paid for. What I liked about Bob's was the service. As soon as I walked in a salesman greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I needed and specifically what I was looking for. He got me what I wanted and I was out the door going to my next errand in 20 minutes.

I had a great experience with sales rep Bob @ Bob's in Rockford, Il. My furniture will be delivered next week. I will update on my delivery experience with them then. But, Bob was awesome!

Actually the WORST!!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could!
Iris our sales woman was amazing but everything from there was a nightmare. We buy the ONLY couch in our budget that wasn’t out 10+ weeks. Ended up needing to cancel our order. Servers go down for almost a full week (what company lets their stuff be down for almost a week) I get told they can’t do my refund in store because they don’t keep cash, fine. They won’t process my refund to my card but tell me I have to wait for an email on how to request my refund. This email they said takes no more than 24 hrs to come in, well over 24hours later still no email, I call customer service, wait on hold for 30 minuets just to get told the email takes 72 hours to get sent. So I can get the email saying to check on the status of my just placed order and the email with all information on “goof proof” right away but not the email on how to get my money back? 1600$ later and I can’t even get my money refunded because they still won’t send me the email or process my return!!!! Also good luck calling the store directly!!!! Unless you’re giving them your money they don’t want to hear from you. I will definitely be taking my money somewhere else, atleast when I finally get my money back!

My wife and I found the customer service provided by Pam so helpful! She gave us good suggestions, worked with us to make sure our rebate voucher got applied, and made sure we had a chance to opt in on the Goof Proof protection plan. Very honest business and great prices!
