GABY the teller needs to be fired. She’s hung up on me twice now this morning as I called back to speak to a manager after having such a poor experience with her in the drive thru window. She is rude and insulting and acts as if though she’s a manager.. I’m currently on my third 7+ min hold by her waiting to be hung up on… she’s told me “I won’t be speaking to a manager before noon,” today when the bank closes. WHO IS THE MANAGER? I’m a small business Owner in all the states associated is accredited in and I’m almost certain I’ll be closing my accounts on Tuesday.

Sara the manager, and Yvonne were great. I tried cashing my payroll check drawn on Associated, through some online banking apps. The check wasn't accepted. So I had a check that was endorsed for another Institution. But from the first time I called Sara was professional and courteous. Explaining to me just to come in and they would see what could be done. My check was able to be cashed. I Was so very thankful. Thr branch is about 12 miles away from me but we'll worth the trip for the customer service and Treatment I received.

Don’t trust auto mortgage payments with associated. They applied last month to principle somehow, then reported to credit that the account was delinquent (even though full payment was still paid)

I would give them a zero if that were possible. The construction is like a prison. And the do not even take coin deposits. The staff is not helpful. I regret getting an account with them.
