This bank is AWFUL. DO NOT BANK HERE GO TO MIDLAND CREDIT UNION !! GO TO ANY CREDIT UNION!!! Banks make money off of you choosing them and I implore you to take that power away from them. This establishment and all extensions of it are highway robbery. Years ago I tried to buy plane tickets and continually got fraud notifications that were faulty. I made an appointment to fix it and was told it worked. 20 minutes later I got the same fraud email and this cycle continued for a few weeks until I just withdrew the money and paid my mother back because I had to use her card. I had nothing in my debit account and got over-drafted even after I wired money into the account. (for a charge that should have bounced because there was absolutely nothing in my DEBIT account) They continue to charge me for a paper statement despite opting out of one. They mail me over draft notices DAYS after they take more money I don't have. After over a year of this hellfire it's time to call it quits and anyone looking to bank here needs to look elsewhere. I have never had a problem with members alliance credit union and would strongly recommend them over this NIGHTMARE.

In the past this bank (Alpine) has meant one thing and that's a community bank. They were a part of here. Things like the towns well being mattered . I hope Midland doesn't lose this. So far the transition hasn't been so smooth. I'm not going to bad talk the new owners just suggest to them to lusten to your tellers and ask them what they are hearing. Their the ones who know how to become a community respected bank. Alpine front line workers know their customers so much better than any corporate person will ever. So use the great people you have and let them do what their great at taking care of their communities banking needs. Hopefully it gets better.
