I've been with Boost for 3 years now and I am switching to a different carrier. I do not know what happened to Boost service but, you guys has failed so much in the past few months. I hate to say this but, your service is very awful. Not please at all!

I went in the Rockisland location twice last week and was greeted by a female both days that had the worst rbf ever.. I was having issues with no service the first day she literally turned my phone on airplane mode then off that was it The second day she did not touch my phone and told me there was was nothing she could do for me and maybe it was cause she was on video chat with someone and didn’t want to help me. So I called the moline location by Jewel and spoke to a Brianna that informed me that if I brought my phone too her she would try to help which is all I asked for in the first place. After 2 days in the moline store We found out it was my phone that needed replaced. After buying a phone from Brianna I wasn’t to crazy about that phone so I came for a third day and worked with Kristia at the moline location and she also helped me tremendously exchange the phone for a new one… The girl working the Rockisland location needs to be booted cause I know GOOD customer service when I see it……

I stopped in about a month ago on a spur of the moment after reading the awesome reviews and satisfied customers. I walked in and was met by the dynamic duo of Mike and Bryan , I told them what iPhone I was looking and Mike looked up my options and 45 minutes later I walked out with a new IPHONE, case and screen protector. What summed up the 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review that they gave 30.00 credit for my old soon to be paperweight IPHONE. I learned a couple of things just hanging around while the transferring my data to my new phone.#Liquid screen protector # Definitely trustworthy # Honest
