This year I am thankful for finding Richmond Motors, Scott, Karla, Arlene and all those working behind the scenes. I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences here. They are transparent, communicative, considerate and the quality of work has been great. The level of honesty is refreshing and has built a trust and confidence I haven't had at a shop in a long time. Their new location has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff creates a friendly and positive environment. As if they truly care, which I believe they do.
