Your in person skills must be better than your phone skills or you wouldn’t be in business. Called to schedule an appointment you made it very clear you didn’t want the business from me. You didn’t want to deal with mine or anyone’s insurance company, pretty confident that’s most of your work. Don’t worry I’ll pass on the word you don’t want to do the work your shop offers.

Went there to get hood pins installed and a bumper painted. Staff was very friendly and understanding. Came out looking great and under what I expected to pay. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best around! Fred took very good care of two cars I've owned. The first was a Chevy Cobalt I owned a few years ago. I hit a deer and really messed up the front end of my car. It was a mangled mess. After I filed my insurance claim, I sent it to Auto Crafters for repair. Fred and his crew made it look better than the day I bought it! The second time was just a few days ago. I discovered that the driver's side rocker panel on my Chevy Cruze had been damaged by a lift when I got a tire replaced at a tire & auto place. Even though I had since moved to St. Louis, I wanted to take my car to Auto Crafters. I was so glad I did. Fred and the gang fixed it like new yet again and added some really stylish step plates too. Once again my damaged car came back looking better than the day I bought it. If I ever need body work done on my vehicle, I'll keep going back to Auto Crafters. I know it will be in good hands.
