Very poor service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me. They would barely look me in the eye. Disappointing as I have been a customer for over 20 years.

Decent but the workers need to focus more on work not their phones.

The big Verizon sign is very misleading. They sell Verizon phones but are not able to help diagnose problems. I have to go to the Champaign store to get help. The employees have always been friendly though.
