As for the person who posted the negative comment a week ago. I have had my credit number stole once and my husband has once in the last 8 years. The bank contacted us immediately and shut our cards down. Both times State Street Bank helped us figure this out and took care of us. It is not completely up to the bank to protect our accounts and cards. It is also our duty as the customer to be careful of who we give our card/account numbers too. So if State Street Bank truly didn’t help you 3 times that your card/account number was stolen, I am going to guess you need to be more careful.”
