Sarah gives great massages. She easily locates those areas which needs work and concentrates on that. Would recommend at least 1 hour, but get the 1 1/2 hour if you have the time.

my chiropractor recommended seeing Tirzah for a massage so i could be adjusted. She was AMAZING! she really had her work cut out for her, as this was a deep tissue trigger point massage needed, not some froo froo relaxation one. i will definitely be making this a regular thing!
