Brandy was awesome!! It is easy to see that she’s a master at what she does. I told her my hair goals and she matched my haircut exactly to my vision :) actually it was actually better than I expected! She taught me ways to style my hair as well, keeping in mind I have very thin hair. I can tell she pays a lot of attention to her clients and enjoys what she does. Thank you Brandy!!

I took a chance and decided to try Salon Nine as it's closer to my home. I usually go to 59/119th. My hair was long and I had plenty of growth to get a stacked bob with a slight angle. I provided a picture. The picture had a length just below the jaw line. She cut the sides above my ear! Back is so short up to the crown! My hair looks NOTHING like I requested. Lesson learned! I won't switch from 59/119th again. I have never had a bad haircut by any stylist at 59/119th street. Salon 9 is nice but certainly not worth $45.00! Waste of time and money. Never again! I've never given a bad review but the cut I received today is just awful!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went there and asked for a simple blended caramel/dark brown balayage and this girl completely BOTCHED it. She bleached almost my whole head, my hair was yellow and falling out. They offered to fix it, the owner did the "fix" and proceeded to continue to lighten my hair that was already falling out. She was also rude about my bad experience. I was very nice in person, I even felt bad for having them fix it. But that quickly went away when it wasn't fixed, and worsened. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this salon. If you want to pay out of your nose, go to C'Zar, at least their stylists are professional and know what they're talking about. They allowed me to leave the salon, looking like the photo attached.

Jennifer did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! I love the blonde she did on me! Definitely the most beautiful I have ever had! She is a lovely person and a great stylist! Will definitely be back!
