Took my car here in 2021 for break pads, rotors and resonator delete. The job was great. The shop is not close to me, so I drove there due to reviews.
Reached out on 8/23 via email two weeks ago for another gig for brake pads, oil change, and Audi 60K maintenance because I was going to be driving by due to flying. Talked to someone (not Jose) on the phone. Was told they could do it and would call me with quote. Didn't get a call, so I emailed back and never got a response. Displeased with the service and attention.

My experience at Precision Diagnostics was completely divine! 10/10, absolutely lovely experience. When I took my car to Precision Diagnostics for bluetooth malfunctions, I was immediately greeted and welcomed into a professional and comfortable environment. The staff was informationally supportive, credible and trustworthy which I really appreciate.
I’m so grateful that my car was quickly taken care of. I firmly recommend the Precision Diagnostics experience if you’re looking for a smooth solution auto experience!

I know quite a bit about servicing cars over the years….I requested an appointment on July 3rd for today the 5th at 930-10 drop off. I confirmed the appointment that day but was met with mystery as to why I was there to drop off and who am I and why am I there!? Strike one……
I got a call around 2ish after before getting a text stating which exhaust tips I wanted for my rear muffler delete. I never asked for tips btw. The rep Molero called with an estimate for a rear muffler delete only…$580?!!!!! I have a Q50 Sedan so it’s nothing out of the ordinary. Keep in mind that I paid $130 for this exact thing in 2019 for another car(Infiniti sedan) Strike 2!….
He said I have to buy new tips and it’s 3hrs of labor? Last time it was 1.5hrs of labor but ok. I said that was wayyyy overpriced and even he said he got a muffler delete done with the last year and paid $275? I texted the guy about 30mins later staying I can do $350ish which is still overpriced but I wanted it done. He replied saying they can do it. So now I can re-use the tips?! How can you knock off $200 so fast? I’m not complaining about them working with me on price, I’m upset that they tried to rip me off to begin with and lied about the labor and the exhaust tips. Last but not least…a 2.8 % CC fee? I have never in my life seen a company charge customers for that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you can get a price from them or some sore of range before of you will get bones! My car does sound good which it’s not a 1 ⭐️. Strike 3!!

Took my truck here and got it back with more problems than it had before I dropped it off and supposedly they said that it already had those problems but I know it didn’t. Also try to steal as much money as they can from you do not recommend to go here.

Came in with some pretty major exhaust problems and they fixed me up within a few hours and kept me up on the details of what parts and what they were doing. Great place for sure coming here again.

This place is amazing. I got my swaybar links done in an hour. Very professional and courteous. Gave me a Veterans discount and did quality work for reasonable prices. I would recommend this shop to family and friends. Combat Engineer Veteran Antonio, hooyaaa!

Had a great experience taking my car here for the first time. They diagnosed and solved an emissions issue that several other shops had failed to figure out, and their pricing was upfront and super reasonable. They communicated and sent me reports with photos and updates via text throughout, which was excellent. Will definitely take my cars here again in the future.

Precision Diagnostic took way too long to return my vehicle and I finally know why. They had my car for 23 days and I later found out they were using my car on days and times when the shop was closed and they got ticketed for not paying tollways while they had my car. I would not trust them to work on my car again.

I can’t express strongly enough how great these guys are. Jose is absolutely fantastic at organizing the work, providing clear estimates, and taking appointments, ensuring the quality of the work is second to none. If you live in Chicagoland area, this is 100% the place to bring your car . They are honest and trustworthy and do work to the absolute highest standard. Beyond that, they are wonderfully patient and personable with customers. They have the best team for a precise wheel alignment and take there time making sure the wheels are straight.
