We have taken our vehicles (2010 Tundra and 2015 Highlander) to Merlin’s for years after the manufacture’s warranties were expired and have always felt like we were treated very fairly. John and John’s level of communication is top notch and they stand behind their work.
Merlin’s has gotten the Tundra to over 200k miles and that tank starts every day without fail. Our Highlander just turned 113k and runs like a dream.
I can’t say enough positive things about the level of service Merlin’s provides.

I've been going to this Merlin's since 2006 and they have treated me, my wife, and my son fairly and respectfully the whole time. The services they give are top notch. They have done everything from replacement of a motor to adding air in the tires for my wife. John the owner and John the manager are easily the best people to deal with.
