This is my second time getting a manicure here. I have to say that I love the Customer Service. Quiyn has done my nails both times and I’ve walked happy every time. She’s very good at what she does, great listener And great attention to detail. Keep up the good work! I will be coming back on a regular basis.

Stylist: Thuw is amazing! I've been getting powder dip on my nails for years and have worked multiple nail techs. Of them all, Thuw is the best. When she's done, my nails look natural and beautiful! Thanks Thuw!

My normal nail place was busy so I decided to go to Liz’s since it’s close to my house. I’ve gone here before for a pedicure and it’s been fine but this was my first time getting a fill. Within the first few minutes, the gentleman doing my nails dropped the drill and sliced my finger and gave me a big cut. I should have left then because he continued to hurt me by not being precise with the drill the remainder of the service. I will never go here again — also, they made me pay full service for my fill. I left with jacked up nails and a bloody finger.

I’m sad to say I’m dissatisfied with my visit yesterday. I really wanted to love these nails but sadly I don’t. The whole process just felt rushed, I asked for French tips with a glitter base and feel I received lumpy squares with poorly painted French tips. Not to mention the fact that I was cut with the file 3 times and the tips feel glued to my fingers so if I touch something wrong my skin peels away. I have been coming here on and off for years and normally I get Lynn who does amazing work, but this time I got a different nail tech. I could tell the lady doing my nails started rushing as more customers walked in. If you have to compromise the health of my hands to take more customers, then I don’t feel comfortable coming back.

I am so disappointed in Liz’s Nails business practices. I made an appointment on 5/28, so over two weeks ago for Friday on 6/7 at 4:00 pm. I made it for a pedicure and a no-chip manicure with Quihn. She did a great job the first time I had her so of course I wanted to book again. I received a call earlier today telling me they needed to move my appointment, which I booked over two weeks ago. The lady on the phone told me someone booked the same time and apparently did it before me. If that were the case, the time and date would not show when I booked two weeks ago. Safe to say I will not be returning. I would steer clear.

I needed to get my nails done last minute for my maternity photos and this place is near my home so I decided to give it try. Sadly, I will not be returning here. I was able to make an appointment same day and still waited about 10-15 minutes before I was seated. The nail tech made my service feel very rushed as she had an another appointment at 1045. My nails were done on Saturday and one nail has already chipped and another is on the brink of breaking. The color also has a discoloration, so they look dirty, very disappointed.

Hannah did a shoddy, fast, overall bad job on my nails. I called for an appointment & they jammed me in for a 25 min rush job on my dip nails. 3 days later they are chipping.. I had to go back to have Jerry ( he was great) fix one. They questioned if I had them done there & were just not welcoming. I will not be returning & don't recommend this salon.

Love this place and love Quhyn! She is probably one of the best techs I’ve ever had. She is the best nail tech artist! She helps me come up with great designs and makes sure that I am happy before I leave. My nails have never looked so good!
I believe I’ve been in everyone’s chair in the past 3 years, I’ve never been disappointed.
Very friendly staff. I’ve always been able to get an appointment or have been able to get into a chair, as a walk in, within 20 minutes.
