I had an online appointment for my taxes for 2pm. No one from the office ever showed up. I called the office couldn’t speak to David who was suppose to be preparing my taxes. I called back no one never got back to me. I even sent emails to them and they didn’t answer that either. Very disappointed been with this office for years. I understand things happen, but to not even get a call the next after you no showed my appointment really has me wondering ?

Would give them zero if possible. After making $4K mistake on my taxes they are just ignoring calls and requests for meeting.

I have been going To Dave for 4 years, he has so much knowledge. When he talks to you it's like he's known you years. His staff are amazing helpful, they are very tech savvy during covid times. Their hours are good to accommodate customers. Waiting room has a couch, TV with drinks and snacks you can watch the game while you wait if you walk-in or family is doing taxes.

They made $4300 mistake on my 2018 return. After receiving a letter from IRT tried to contact manager but he is avoiding calls. Setup appointment and found office locked. Customer service is taking a messages and making promises that calls will be returned but after three weeks of waiting no calls from manager or anybody from that office.

Recently received a letter from the IRS for a 2018 filing done by Liberty Tax for a big adjustment/mistake for almost $5000. I could have done the taxes myself for that type of mistake plus their fee was no discount compared to other companies I have tried in the past. Called for over three weeks to give them a fair shot to help and no one called back! My experience....these guys are fly by night operators who will not get another chance to earn my business! After further research I found out I'm not alone in my disappointment. But they are quick and fast to respond to the bad reviews they get on Google! Not the way to do business! Only recourse is to file a complaint with BBB and let IRS know about my difficulties with this company! Buyer Beware!

I won't be coming back. I had an appoint today and nobody was there. I called back. The nice lady told me that someone would call me back. But nobody did. So, I hope my experience will help

I’ve been visiting David and his tax office for the past 5 years and each return seems to be better than the last! I’ve worked with other CPAs in the area but the customer and professional services provided here are outstanding! I highly recommend this team for your family!

David Rocci has Ben preparing my taxes for several years out of this location, The location that now operates as tax services. In 2018 David prepares my taxes under a different tax preparers name what he had to hide I am unaware of. At the end of 2018, my social security number and all personal data and information were leaked out of this office by David. Please be Ware and do your research before you business with people like this

I have been going to Dave (owner) at Liberty Tax for years! He has always been great. The fridge with beverages and snacks is a bonus. I highly recommend calling for an appointment to come in and have them do your taxes. Dan Peddy
