I was very impressed with the young lady at the deli counter today. I was told her name is Tigress. What a pleasant woman with speed and fantastic customer service.

After many horrible experiences at the Walgreens near by, I finally transferred my Rx over- I wish I had done it years ago! What an amazing staff, always happy to help and I've yet to meet an unhappy part of the pharmacy team. Thank you so much to the entire staff!!

I was there Saturday and the cashier JoAnn and the bagger started laughing at me. JoAnn even placed her hand to her mouth so that I would not be able to read her lips. If they are going to talk about people at least wait until they walk away. Terrible customer service.

Jewel-Osco Pharmacy is not "in network" for my insurance, so I have never used them for my prescriptions. This week the doctor ordered a Rx for me that was outrageously expensive, even with my insurance, so I decided to shop around. I used GoodRx and found the best price here. (less than half what I would have paid at my normal pharmacy). I was so impressed with the entire Jewel-Osco Pharmacy experience! They had to jump through some hoops to get my two prescriptions transferred over, and they sorted everything out very quickly. The people are so pleasant and helpful! I wish I could move all of my prescriptions here. Thank you Jewel-Osco Pharmacy team!! (The GoodRx app experience exceeded my expectations, as well.)

I'm in shock! I've never been treated so horrible in any grocery store or business and it happened in the last place I expected as I've been a customer at Jewel Osco for many years. I usually go to the 24hr location by my house in Naperville but I happened to be in the area. I walked in at around 11:15pm and filled up my cart with a few hundred dollars worth of goods as I normally do so it took me a while but as soon as I heard the announcement for closing at 12:02am I rushed to the front, as I approached the registers I've been poorly greeted by a man name Edwin Crespo, not wearing mask yelling to my face that's it's 12:04am and that I'm being rude as he wants to go home. I said that I was making my way to the register as soon as I heard the announcement and asked if he doesn't think he's a bit overreacting with his attitude as it's been only 4 minutes and then he got real mad and yelled at me to leave the store and that he won't check me out. Shocked, ashamed and humiliated, I left my cart and made my way towards my vehicle, nevertheless This guy Edwin or whatever his name is walking by towards his car that is parked next to mine and yelling at me again but this time cursing at me using the specific words "rude mother fucker" shocked and very upset I started my car and drove away

A girl with a shaved head and another with arms loaded with tattoos and a face piercing and colored hair and an attitudes not my idea of professional looking checkers or baggers. It totally declines the store after spending sometimes over 200 on a shopping trip their professional looking people has declined so much I won't want to ever return. What happened to dress codes and a professional appearance of your workers? It looks like I am at Walmart at the worst part of Chicago!

The night crew at a Jewel by a Chili's or iHop or maybe a ChickEChese Applebys in Naperville Anyway, recently were so unbelievably helpful after my car broke down in their parking lot. The night shift women asked the young man bagging to help me figure out what was wrong with my Jeep. Turns out with YouTube on his iPhone we both laughed as I realized I'd gotten a sparky bangle bracelet twisted up somehow and it was a me-issue Then they let me use their Phones cus I didn't know Samsung or Android so they dialed up a taxi. On their own device! Accountability - Anyway Thank u Jewel employees Loved this store since allowance days as a teen ;)

Utterly incompetent. Do not use any Osco. I have never had more of a run around in my life and been lied to. Their staff clearly isn't trained. Example: I called in the morning to check on the status of a pending prescription. Their response, this will be ready in the early afternoon. I sent my husband to get the medication. They then advise him they will not dispense the medication because of a state law. I'm a post operative patient waiting on this medication. Their incompetence resulted in me going to the hospital. Example 2: I called and requested an additional medication to be filled, one that I cannot live without. They tell me it's backordered and I will not have it for 4 days. I called my doctor immediately for help or other medication. The dr calls them back and the medication is now ready in 3 hours. Are you kidding me??? So the call from the patient results in days off suffering. The call from the dr and things are fixed? I have more examples, but will stop here. Don't waste your time or put your health at risk. There's better pharmacy's out there!

I have been a Jewel shopper for- forever. This Jewel for the most part is decent with most of the front of the store employees being very helpful and customer oriented. The experience I had today with the drive up order pickup leaves a lot to be desired and with the way the "manager" of this area responded, I may never shop at Jewel again. I ordered all the items for a Thanksgiving dinner. When I got the notification, I drove over to pick it up only to find that there was no turnkey, no gravy, no stuffing items, no yams - and no fresh meat that I had ordered. Basically - Thanksgiving would consistent of a bag of potatoes and green bean casserole.... The order was placed 48 hours ahead which gave them adequate time to pull the order or verify what was out of stock. With the amount of key items missing from this order, a phone call would have been the right thing to do. I also got a dozen eggs that were all broken, so apparently the order pickers don't check anything. This service is a joke....no customer service provided at all. I called the manager and that was an even bigger mistake. She is totally incompetent and has absolutely no customer service skills. The point of ordering was to get my necessary groceries without going into a crowded grocery store as i have underlying health conditions. I ended up going to a crowded Meijer a half block down the road and they had EVERYTHING in stock. And, it was less than what I would have paid at Jewel. Apparently their managers know how to order ahead for the holiday to insure there is stock available. Do yourself a favor, never use this service at Jewel. It's a huge joke. If they had a process in place and a competent manager, it could work, but they clearly don't have any idea how to manage these type of orders.
