The whole process of buying a home and getting a home loan was even more complicated than we thought. At times we felt overwhelmed, but at every juncture Aaron was only a text or phone call away. Brian Nevins is very good at communicating with us and his team with what is needed and by when. Brian is also very receptive to questions and answers kindly and in an easy to understand manner. Financial terms and things have never been my strong suit, but he took the time to make sure that I understood everything that was going on. He was also open for last-minute phone calls asking for clarification and understanding. If he wasnt going to be available for some time, he made us aware well in advance and looped us in with someone that would be our Point of Contact, and answer our questions in the mean-time.
