Mark and Becca have been absolutely AMAZING!!!! Had my low beam headlight go out on my 2010 Buick Lacrosse and come to find out...its quite a process to change! They ordered the bulb and had the bumper off and headlight changed within a few hours and even cleaned my headlights so they aren't foggy anymore!! Thank you for being the light in our time of darkness (literally) Mark and Becca! We will ALWAYS use Byrd's for all of our vehicle needs! Give them a call if you need ANY kind of car work done...I promise you WON'T be disappointed!!

Great work, professional communication, vehicle was estimated to take a week it was done within a few days of drop off! Mark and Becca (and other staff) are great and take pride in their work. Second vehicle I’ve had worked with them with my insurance. (One vehicle was unfortunately a total loss) Both times were great experiences with this shop. Thank you Byrds! The best deal I ever had. I have a crack window. Call and make the appointment and get my window fixed. I already have the glass window. I got the appointment within 2 hours, and it only takes about 15 minutes, and when I get ready to pay. Guess what? It's free. I'm so happy and can't believe such a business ever existed and wonderful people. God bless this business. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Bryd’s Body Shop in Percy. Hit 2 deer and had quite a bit of damage to the front and side.From their customer service, communication, towing info, rental car assistance, and of course, their workmanship, it was all impeccable.I brought my truck home today and it looks showroom new, inside and out.
