My husband and I caught a flat right in-front of his shop. We went in asked if we could park on lot. He was so nice showed us things on truck we didn’t know where their. Helped changed the tire. Charged us nothing would not accept money. Gave us tips on things to look for over the years. So grateful still good hearted people. Xoxo

I got my first car from the little lot and I have had close to no problems with it, other than the regular maintenance. The owner is a great guy who is true to his word. Go check this shop out if you need a new used car.

The Little Lot in Peotone, and its owner Mark Townsend, were truly a blessing from God to me. My vehicle was totaled, and I was in need of a replacement on a tight budget. Mark has some great deals on cars here, and I bought one of them. I am very happy with the car.Aside from the good vehicles at fair prices, Mark himself is a joy to purchase from. He answered every question I had with the utmost patience and kindness, and he did not pressure me at all to purchase a vehicle. I mean no pressure whatsoever. Sold my 22 yr old a car and the transmission blew up on her along with several other items that the car needed fixed. The mechanic we took it to said that there was no way that the guy who sold you this car didn't know it was garbage! Beware! The owner is no longer interested in being a "good guy" he won't be getting anymore business from us?

Great honest guy if you need a car the little lot in peatone Illinois is the best place to look great prices and you know your not buying junk I bought my 2002 monte carlo from him the car never gave me problems.
