Service Advisor Megan found ways to get needed repair work done AND SAVE MONEY. They gave me a ride home so I could do other things while they worked on vehicle. They then brought vehicle to my house when work was completed! And they washed it to boot!
Call me an extremely satisfied senior!

This is the heads up for people that have elderly relatives. My 87yr mother had a $59 coupon for winterizing a pretty new vehicle that was purchased there. The $59 service coupn turned into a $200+ cost because of a scare tactic used on this 87 yr old lady. They convinced her to replace all of her wheel lugnuts @ $20 because by telling her. She would not be able to get them off if she had a flat. What a crock of bullshit to pull on a 87 yr old widowed lady. Terrys should be ashamed of having an employ that would pull a bullshit stunt as this. I was told it was a women who did this. This is a warning for relatives.

I called in the for a same day appt to look at my tire that was low. I desperately needed it checked as I drive ~ 30 min to/from work. They were able to get me in, fix my tire, and dropped me off at work while I waited! Great experience all around!

Chris was very sweet, greeted us right away, and got us going on a test drive in the van we had been eyeing ?. Drove it to my gpas to get a good look and feel on if we wanted it. Came back, and Katy helped make it happen!! That girl is a Rockstar✨️. She worked some magic and got us a great deal! We drove away happy that night! And still!! Had oil change done, and they fixed the loud Idling (Piper) was doing while resting in park. Thanks, guys. y'all did a great job! She's much quieter! I'll say it took some time to get looked at due to the mechanic being backed up. But they had me back to get her within the hour before service closed!
