On my way to work my car began to smoke and I was able to make it to EMT. These people are heaven sent and have the best customer service that I have EVER experience. Even though my damages needed help from elsewhere, they still helped me to the fullest of their ability and were so kind to me. Christen and Eric run a beautiful business and everyone should take a few notes! You won’t regret getting serviced here. Very professional :)))

I have my truck worked regularly by Eric and I always get great service from the mechanics and if something doesn't go good with the repair, he gets you in right away to find out why. He's the best I've seen about keeping your cost down as much as possible without causing an issue down the road. He's very knowledgeable and if he feels he's not figuring it out he seeks out the information to get the job done and to not just keep replacing parts

These is the worst shop in Illinois came had to bring my truck for something they fix at least 2 times and charge something different every time they take for ever and they are rude.... these reviews are probably from their own mechanics or family
