I was charged $75 a month extra on my cell phone service FOR THE LAST 3 months!- because I didn’t have Internet, I have Internet with this company! It’s been two weeks a half dozen phone calls two hours apiece and I have zero resolution I will be taking all of my equipment and dropping it off on the counter you lost a cell phone Internet, and TV customer today for lack of competence. I will be sending you a bill for my time.

Store phone number to store is the same you get chat and they never help, then u wait for a human being, which means they don't speak with a terrible accent. then if u understand them you r put on hold numerous times to get nothing accomplished. They tell me " I guarantee you will get a email tomorrow. Tomorrow has came and went numerous times and I still don't have my phone! You guys are a terrible company! I wish I had never got involved with Xfinity.

Absolute terrible customer service! They took an extra $540 out of my account and won’t refund it! Practically impossible to talk to a human! I would never tell anyone to buy into this! I wish I would have went with another place!

We recently moved to the area, we came here to get wifi set up for our new place. They were wonderful and very kind! Answered all our questions and got us a great deal through the promotions. I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Very friendly. Brought in our outdated equipment and it didn't take much time at all. The lady that greeted and then helped us was very polite and informed. Toom care of us promptly.

These guys took too much money out of my account for my bill, and I had to contact customer service a dozen times to make any progress at all. It’s literally impossible to talk to a human unless you select “new customer” through their automated system. Everything else redirects you to their useless AI chatbot, and if you do manage to contact a human through there it’ll only be over messages, and I had probably 8 agents hang up on me and the rest tell me wrong information.

Xfinity/ Comcast is one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with. Their customer support is terrible as they make it intentionally impossible, or nearly so, to get a person on the phone. Their automated system is designed to take you in circles through the menus and terminate the call before ever getting to speak to a human. They unethically obfuscate the costs of their services by making the price structure purposefully complicated. They advertise their "promotional" cost as if it is the base cost while the base cost is absurdly high by comparison. When your rate hikes they offer to move you around from one "promotion" to another, locking you in to a contract with huge cancellation fees that they obviously are not upfront about. They are legal scammers. Practically thieves. If you have any other options avoid them at any cost.
UPDATE: The "Response from the owner" is an automated link to their same horrific customer support chat where you wait forever and they won't help you. That seems obvious but I clicked it just to confirm that it is yet another bad faith business practice on their part.

Customer service is horrible, can never speak to a live person. Always gives you the run around and none of there sites have a local phone number to talk to anyone. Horrible Horrible Service!!!!@

Good luck trying to get a human on the phone. There is no way to contact the store, you are routed directly to the automated system which is the world's worst. You have to threaten to disconnect service before they will offer you a new "deal" when your old deal expires. If I could rate Xfinity 10 negative stars for customer eexperience I would. The people at the store are quite nice though

The actual people working in the store are wonderful. The overall experience dealing with Xfinity corporate is what I am rating right now. I would give them 0/5 if i could, unfortunately, that's not possible. My wifi does not work as I was told it would. I ask for the wifi extender so I can actually use the wifi in different areas of my home and I am told several times this will be at no extra charge because the wifi is inadequate, yet I am charged **$119** as an installation fee!!! The second phone line I have on my plans hasn't had data since September because of some phantom $164 late fee charged to me in December to an account that is inactive. I was never told about this late fee!!! Every issue is a struggle to get fixed. Do NOT use xfinity if you can.
edit: the data issue has been resolved. i was told that they could not refund me the $119 i was charged for the pod unless it was in installments of $3.30 for the next 36 months which is quite frankly ridiculous but whatever. i updated my review to 2/5 since one of my problems was resolved. overall. my experience with the company itself is still horrible despite the actual people being very helpful and doing their best to help me.

Can’t call to talk to a REAL PERSON. Can’t speak with an “agent” without going through a million steps with the automated agent first. They definitely over charge you and you can’t get any real help. Definitely switching services asap!
