Stopped in yesterday to get my partner a new phone on my plan. Evin was the one who set us up. Really stand up, friendly guy. He knew a lot about the products and services offered and dealing with him was just like sitting there chatting with a friend

Porting problems and everyone says they will call back in a certain amount of time and don’t. A call back with update should be a call back even if you can’t get it done it’s easy to just call and explain to a paying person what’s going on.

Poor service. Was trying to trade in phone and when I asked about if getting a certain phone would raise my family's bill, I was told the phone was smaller. I replied that the size didn't matter and I would like to know it it would raise my family's bill. To which I was laughed at. I wished the young lady a good day and left. I will not be returning to this store.

Rude staff. Some staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Some staff quick to anger and aggressive. Clearly those staff should not be in customer service. As far as I know, there is no manager to address a complaint of poor quality staff.

The local stores are friendly corporate is not 3years never late paid my share of overages and extra.s then with 14days busy worken to pay an cut you off. Comcast type customer service recommended full avoid. Corporate not stores.
